PROMEAL ENERGY CRUNCH is a dietary supplement for its high content of complex carbohydrates glucose, indicated for intense physical activity: 

  • Improvement of the normal energy metabolism (glucose polymers, vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, niacin) 
  • Protection of articular cartilage (vitamin C) 
  • Reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vitamins B2, B6, C, Folic acid) 
  • Protection from oxidative stress (vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, E)


RECOMMENDATION: 1-4 bars a day, in relation to the caloric needs and physical activity. Take 1 bar 30-60 minutes before exercise and / or 1 bar every 40-60 minutes during exercise.

Grazie a IafStore che mi ha dato la possibilità di provare questo prodotto. Debbo dire che la barretta va giù molto bene e, specialmente in estate, non si scioglie risultando molto pratico l'utilizzo negli sport all'aperto. Gusto sfizioso e molto dolce :-)
