Arginine is not among the essential amino acids (those that the organism is not able to produce), but its synthesis, by the growing organism, is not sufficient to cover its needs. For this reason arginine is called a semi-essential amino acid.

Arginine plays a fundamental role in the synthesis of creatine, therefore in the production of energy. Furthermore, arginine is a precursor of nitric oxide which promotes vasodilation and, therefore, better blood circulation in the muscle.

Taken after exertion, arginine helps regulate the disposal of ammonia which is released into the body following physical exertion and which, if not properly disposed of, would be toxic to it.

In power sports 1 tablet every 10-12 kg of weight after training. In endurance sports 1 tablet every 15 kg of weight after training.

The Company + Watt srl was founded in 1997. The scientific aspect has been the workhorse of society, it flows in its veins and derives from the passion and professional training of the two founding members. Marco Favaron and Guido Vantini have arrived at food integration from pharmaceutical research: both graduates, important experiences in prestigious research institutes in Milan, the United States, Switzerland and then in leading pharmaceutical companies. Moreover, each one for his part, has actively practiced and loved the sport. It was these ideal and unrepeatable conditions to create the company.

Every product is born with excellent raw materials, it must be based on a solid scientific base that must be explained in a simple and truthful way, and, above all, the product must meet, understand and interpret the demands and needs of the athletes. And this can only be done by those who have done and are part of that world, of sport and science and not just "hearsay".
