Micellar caseinates have slower absorption and digestibility times than whey Protein, as there is a constant release of amino acids to the muscles. The gradual absorption of micellar caseinates makes it a protein suitable for recovery also due to the large amount of glutamine it contains, which must be replenished as it is lost during physical activity.

Micellar caseinates contain less than 0.1% lactose, this characteristic makes them suitable also for intolerant subjects.

RECOMMENDATION: we recommend taking 3 scoops (30 g) in 250-300 ml of water or low-fat milk.
