100% Organic Peanut Cream (Classic Recipe)
Many do not know it but between cream (peanut cream) and peanut butter (peanut butter) there is a difference. Peanut butter (more widespread and industrialized) has a high content of saturated fats due to hydrogenated vegetable oils and the type of processing of the seeds, deprived of their beneficial properties. Plus they contain added refined sugars or salt.
The peanut cream, on the other hand, does not contain hydrogenated oils or refined sugars, but is made exclusively from the grinding process, and for our product only and exclusively with organic peanuts, i.e. with exclusively natural ingredients from organic farming, without dyes or preservatives, and reducing the environmental impact to a minimum. Our organic peanut cream is first and foremost a food rich in vegetable Protein. A source of unsaturated fats, that is "good fats" for our body, also known as Omega 3 and 6. Furthermore, they contain elements such as vitamins E and B, mineral salts (iron, potassium, phosphorus and magnesium, but also zinc and copper ). Our organic peanut cream is: 100% organically grown Without dyes Without preservatives Without hydrogenated oils Without refined sugars Without added salt Why is there a layer of oil on the surface, separate from the underlying cream? This separation is the demonstration of the total absence of emulsifiers inside the jar. The spreadable creams that are smooth and perfectly homogeneous, in fact, have this aspect thanks to their content of emulsifiers. Yamamoto® Nutrition has chosen to produce organic and natural and does not use emulsifiers or preservatives. To make the precious Yamamoto® Nutrition organic and natural creams soft and spreadable, simply take a spoon and first make holes in the hardened paste - so that the oil penetrates inside again - then mix vigorously in all directions until the consistency returns to being soft and homogeneous. What are the differences between an organic product and an industrial product? Many studies have pointed out that organic foods are better in many ways. In addition to having a greater nutritional supply, they have a minimal amount of chemical residues compared to industrial products. To underline these differences was a research conducted by the British Journal of Nutrition which highlighted the advantages. The raw material used in Yamamoto® Nutrition creams comes from organic farming. The term organic agriculture indicates a cultivation and breeding method that only allows the use of natural substances, that is present in nature, excluding the use of chemical synthesis substances (fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides). Organic farming means developing a production model that avoids the excessive exploitation of natural resources, in particular of the soil, water and air, instead using these resources within a sustainable development model that can last over time.
