Branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) are an important group of essential amino acids consisting of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine.

Branched chain amino acids (BCAA) account for 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins.
Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are essential amino acids provided by different dietary proteins. BCAAs can be taken as supplements, particularly recommended before intense training or demanding physical work.
Bcaa PRO contains a 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine.


Recommendation: 5 tablets once a day with water or other beverage, preferably 30-40 minutes before training or competition, or immediately after.
On non training days the product can be taken at any time during the day.

Avevo già preso una volta questi B.C.A.A. di qualità Kiowa e ne ero rimasto soddisfatto. Li ho ripresi ancora e confermo che, a mio personalissimo giudizio, si tratta di buon prodotto con un prezzo ed una confezione convenienti. Continuo a non notare differenze rispetto a quando assumevo i B.C.A.A. della Natroid, della Isatori, della Eas o della Syform.

Che dire? Un buon prodotto ad un ottimo prezzo in una confezione conveniente. Forse la marca non sarà così conosciuta e rinomata ma il prodotto sembra buono. Non sto notando differenze rispetto a quando assumevo i B.C.A.A. della Natroid o della Isatori.
