Yamamoto® Nutrition Fish OIL Molecular distillation is a dietary supplement high in EPA and DHA Omega-3 essential fatty acids from fish oil concentrated by molecular distillation.

Long-chain omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (Ω-3 LCPUFA), such as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), play an important role in brain growth and development, blood pressure regulation, kidney function, blood coagulation and inflammatory and immunological reactions.
EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function (the beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250mg EPA and DHA), and DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and visual acuity (the beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250mg DHA).

Most organic substances can be altered if treated at high temperatures for a long time.
Distillation is a process that certain substances undergo in order to increase their purity.
The innovative molecular distillation technique used in the production of our FISH OIL ensures that:
- It operates at particularly low temperatures;
- Contact time with the hot surfaces of the distiller is reduced.
To achieve these characteristics, distillers must necessarily:
- Operate at very low pressure;
- Improve vapour flow;
- Optimise heat exchange within them.

It is clear that extracting Omega 3 with these techniques can only lead to a higher quality of active ingredients.
Yamamoto® Nutrition Fish OIL contains exclusively EPA and DHA Omega-3 essential fatty acids from fish oil concentrated by molecular distillation.


Directions: take 4 softgels once a day with water, preferably during main meals.

Net content: 259,23 grams

Warnings: do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Keep out of the reach of children under the age of three. Do not exceed the additional daily intake level of 5 g of combinations of EPA and DHA. Store in a cool dry place at room temperature. Avoid exposure to heat sources and sunlight.

A dispetto del forte odore delle "softgel" nel barattolo, dallo stomaco non sale alcun aroma sgradevole e questa è già una bella sorpresa. Il primo effetto che ho notato (da portatore di lenti a contatto) è un'ottima lubrificazione dell'occhio migliorando notevolmente la vista soprattutto allo scuro.
