Yamamoto® Nutrition Super GREENS is a multi-vitamin and multi-mineral dietary supplement made from plant extracts, fruit and vegetable concentrates, and other plant ingredients, such as the VitaVeggie® blend of fruit and vegetable concentrates and Spirulina algae (powder to be dissolved in a drink).
In particular, vitamins A, C, and D, zinc, and selenium contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system; vitamins B6 and B12, phosphorus, and iodine contribute to normal energy metabolism; and vitamins B6, B12, and C and folic acid contribute to reducing fatigue.

Spirulina and Acerola offer a supporting and restorative action, and Chlorella and Echinacea support the body's natural defenses. Finally, Chlorella and black pepper have an antioxidant effect.
Super GREENS is made exclusively from vitamin-based active ingredients, minerals, and plant extracts. It doesn't contain the sugar often found in these products.
