Yamamoto® Research GLR Stick Setria® Orosolubile - Food supplement based on L-Glutathione. Glutathione is an extraordinarily important substance for the physiology of our body, composed of three amino acids which are glycine, cysteine and glutamic acid, which is part of the composition of the group of enzymes called "glutathione peroxidase". It is the most important antioxidant found in the human body in all tissues, capable of neutralizing free radicals thanks to an oxide reduction reaction in which the reduced glutathione neutralizes free radicals thanks to its hydrogen atom, for then regenerate and regain the antioxidant action by means of glutathione reductase (NADPH dependent enzyme). The formulation in a practical orosoluble stick allows it to be easily transported with you, favoring a rapid intake of the product even outside the home, without resorting to the use of a glass of water, and making use of an additional advantage in bioavailability thanks to sublingual absorption, bypassing intestinal activity of gamma-glutamyltransferases (the absorption occurs at the buccal level), and avoiding the enterocytic metabolic greed and skipping the hepatic filter, preventing the hepatic first pass metabolism which largely deactivates the molecule.
