Yamamoto® Research Multivita UOMO® - Multivita UOMO® is a vitamin and mineral food supplement, with other nutritional factors, designed specifically for adult men of all ages and for the well-being of their body. Yamamoto® Research Multivita UOMO® is a food supplement containing vitamins, minerals and other nutritional factors, specially designed for adult men of all ages and for the well-being of their bodies. Multivita UOMO® provides pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), which contributes to the regular synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D, which is essential for calcium metabolism, and certain neurotransmitters. Zinc supports normal body functions such as fertility, reproduction and maintenance of physiological testosterone levels in the blood, while selenium contributes to regular spermatogenesis. Multivita UOMO® is also suitable for supporting normal psychological function and the regular functioning of the nervous system (vitamins B1, B12 and niacin), regular cardiac function (vitamin B1) and protection of cells against oxidative stress (vitamin E, manganese, copper, selenium). Finally, vitamins C, K and calcium contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones. The product is enriched with lutein, coenzyme Q10, SAMe, lycopene, inositol and boron. Lutein is a xanthophyll, a natural fat-soluble pigment, known for its antioxidant and vision-protective properties. Coenzyme Q10 helps cells to replenish their energy supply, and has antioxidant properties. SAMe is a natural compound, used to enhance the effects of serotonin and dopamine, and therefore useful for regulating mood, inducing relaxation, and stimulating memory and attention. Lycopene is a carotenoid with antioxidant activity, which can protect cells from oxidative damage. Inositol, or vitamin B7, is required for the production of lecithin, a substance that can keep the inside walls of arteries 'clean', protect nerve cells and combat stress. Finally, boron is taken to strengthen bones, increase testosterone levels and improve muscle mass and coordination. Directions: take up to 2 capsules a day, with a glass of water.
