With an amount of 20% Glutamine is the main component of the pool of free form amino acids in the blood. The highest concentration of glutamine is in the muscle cells where glutamine mostly is synthesized. One of its functions is water retention in the muscle cell and under intense exercise it causes the increase of the cell volume which has to be seen as an anabolic signal that supports the proliferation.

This means that the synthesis of protein and glycogen is supported. Therefore we recommend L-Glutamine as one of the supplements which you should take constantly all the time. Two times 5g of our pure high quality Glutamine should be taken per day.


RECOMMENDATION: take two portions per day. Stir 1 portion = 5g in a glas of water or juice or add into a meal. Not exceed recommended daily intake. Don't use as a replacement for a balanced and varied diet. Store out of reach of young children.
