m-TOR + is a food supplement that provides 5gr of L-Leucine, one of the 3 branched amino acids (BCAA) that are particularly suited to supplement the diet of sportsmen.
As far as leucine is concerned, a separate discussion has to be made since, besides being the nutrient considered to be the best anabolic incentive among the three branches, it also has a great anti-catabolic properties, we speak in the KIC specification, which stands for chetoisocaproate .
This substance is an oxidative metabolic by-product of leucine capable of significantly inhibiting proteolysis, and it is probably also for this reason that all the products based on branched amino acids have a minimum double amount of leucine compared to valine and isoleucine.
The product is added to the HMB that with its buffer action on lactic acid allows a greater resistance, but also, as shown by several studies, even higher levels of strength.
Finally, m-TOR + also provides 50mg of Spirulina Algae, which performs a support and restorative action.
