Easy and fast to prepare, they can be decorated as desired with sauces or spreadable cream.

- with protein from a concentrate of milk serum protein (WPC);
- without gluten.
 
DIRECTIONS: Combine 1 meassel (20g).

Mix a dose of 50 g thoroughly in 100 ml of water to form a smooth dough.

Fry the pancakes on both sides in a hot pan.
