Casein Complex is a food supplement of Micellar Casein predominant on the total milk Protein exclusively from milk casein Protein. Casein is rich in the chain of essential amino acids (BCAA) and very high (more than Whey) in L-Glutamine, the most abundant amino acid in free form in human blood.

Dietary Protein are a source of nitrogen and essential amino acids, required by the body for the development and maintenance of tissues. Therefore 100% Casein Complex contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass and also to the maintenance of normal bones.

Milk Protein are so-called complete Protein, because they provide the body with all the necessary amino acids, including the 9 amino acids that the body does not synthesize and must be supplied with the diet (e.g. Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine , Threonine, Tryptophan, Valine). As extras there are also L-Glutamine and Taurine plus Papain and Bromelain digestive enzymes added to the formulation.

It also contains calcium which contributes to normal metabolic processes that produce energy for normal muscle function and neurotransmission, they also maintain the normal state of bones and teeth.

 

DIRECTIONS: Take a dose using the appropriate measuring cup (approximately 30 g) or 2 sachets and dissolve in 350 ml of your favorite drink. Take once a day.
