At breakfast every day and before going to sleep it furnishes a perfect supply of amino acids for a slow and prolonged absorption. The milk proteins are representing for the 80% from Casein and for 20% from Lactoalbumin and they assure one third of the middle daily protein requirement. These proteins contain, in the correct quantities and proportions, all the amino acids of which the organism has need and particularly essential amino acids that the organism is not able to produce. The Casein (and the proteins of the milk that contain it) absorbs a lot of water and increases volume, making it proper to be used for decreasing the appetite: greater volume in the stomach means more effectiveness in to give sense of satisfaction. The Casein is digested more slowly in comparison to the whey proteins of milk and it is, therefore, suitable if it is desired a slower (gradual) absorption of the proteins. The Lactoalbumin has a very high biological value, it contains, in fact, all the amino acids and it is particularly rich in Tryptophane, precursor of the serotonin. The Proteins are an complexes organic blend, hydrolyzed inside the stomach and in the bowel, up to turn themselves into amino acids, they are not directly accumulated by our organism, therefore they have to be assimilates to regular intervals. The people that practise particularly sport to competitive level and the bodybuilders, need a more elevated protein requirement in comparison to the norm.
RECOMMENDATION: Milk Protein can be loose in all the liquids, it is recommended the use in non carbonated water or partially skimmed milk. It’s easy to prepare! It’s sufficient to dissolve it, with a spoon, 2 little measure of product (1 full measure = 15 g around) in 250/300 ml of liquid once a day. It has a neutral taste and it is not sweetened, therefore you can freely add sugar, fructose or other sweeteners, and to give him a mega-taste you can add the aromas of the Anderson (strawberry/banana/vanilla/cocoa).

Ottimi valori senza dubbio, il problema è che la solubiità è davvero scarsa, pur agitandole in uno shaker con abbondante acqua tiepida (30gr di polvere in 300ml di acqua) formano numerosi grumi e moltissima schiuma, la quale è davvero molto fastidiosa, quindi sono pessime da assumere al naturale, la situazione migliora se gli si aggiunge l'aroma della stessa marca, che diminuisce la formazione sia dei grumi che della schiuma, ma così siamo costretti a spendere di più appunto per comprare l'aroma.
