Food supplement

Creatine increases physical performance in the case of repetitive, high intensity and short duration activities, while Calcium contributes to normal muscle function and Vitamin B1 contributes to normal cardiac function.
Furthermore, Niacin and Vitamins B6 and C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Finally, calcium, niacin and vitamins B1, B6 and C contribute to normal energy metabolism.

DIRECTIONS: dissolve one scoop of product (19g) in 200ml of water.
Drink once a day 15 minutes before physical activity.
