BCAAs - the 3 branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine) are essential amino acids which our body is unable to synthesise, being receive from supplementation or food. In terms of weight, BCAAs constitute to almost 40% of dry human muscle, so they are among the most abundant amino acids used to build tissue, the presence of which in the body is crucial for the synthesis of proteins.
Used by the body under considerable stress, for instance during intensive exercise to satisfy energy needs, these amino acids are additionally supplied to increase the pool of nitrogen in the body in order to protect muscles from being broken down, serve as energy and to support the subsequent muscle regeneration with externally supplied amino acids.

BCAA 4:1:1 1100 is a product with a high concentration of active components, in this case – micronized branched-chain amino acids known as BCAAs in the form of convenient tablets.
Every tablet contains as much as 1100 mg of BCAAs in an innovative 4:1:1 ratio supplying 733 mg of L-leucine – which is the most desired by athletes, according to observation of the market of dietary supplements.
The product contains vitamin B6, which has a number of functions significant for an athlete, for instance, it helps reduce the feeling of fatigue, boosts the energy processes in the body, supports the functioning of the immune system and helps maintain the correct metabolism of protein and glycogen.


RECOMMENDATION: on workout days, take 6 tablets per day (2 tablets in the morning, 2 tablets after the workout and 2 tablets in the evening).
