Its components make Total Energy truly versatile and complete for cases of asthenia and fatigue and to counteract the fatigue and stress that an intense life and activity entail.

TAURINE (250 mg per tablet): it is the most present amino acid in the heart and heart. At a central level it plays a role of neuro modulator, with a calming and stabilizing action. There is a direct relationship between taurine and intracellular calcium concentration and therefore indirectly between taurine and sodium-potassium balance at the cell membrane level. Taurine also has a strong antioxidant action, stimulates and sensitizes the responses of the immune system, it also has a detoxifying action, favoring the elimination of many waste substances from the body at the kidney level. It also regulates the action of cAMP which activates important processes of muscle contractility. Regular intake of the amino acid also positively influences lipid, hepatic and glucose metabolism.

CAFFEINE (100 mg per tablet): xanthine derivative of the theobromine and theophylline family. Excellent stimulant of the CNS, it increases lipolysis in the peripheral areas, improves mental concentration, promotes the catabolism of glycogen and slows its formation by increasing the use of circulating glucose. A cup of coffee contains about 100-120 mg and one cup of tea about 70-90 mg.

ROYAL JELLY: extracted from honey produced by bees, it has been used for centuries for its tonic, stimulating action on the body and useful for physical and mental development.

RODIOLA ROSEA: (titrated to 3% in rosavine): adaptogenic plant able to raise the threshold of stress and fatigue by stimulating the CNS and the heart system, improving their response. Excellent actions also on mood (increases serotonin levels) and on the male sexual sphere, improving performance.

INOSITOL: improves the fluidity of the cell membrane.

MIX VITAMINS AND FOLIC ACID: nutrients necessary to optimize all body processes being present as catalysts of various biochemical reactions.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 1 capsule a day with a glass of water.
