This support complex contains the right amount of magnesium which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, energy metabolism, electrolyte balance, as well as the normal maintenance of bones and teeth.
 
DIRECTIONS: Per maximum results, consume at least one serving per day.

Remember to adjust the dose to your body weight and intensity of training.

Drink little by little during the day or consume (a portion) at the time of training (before / during / after).

Mix the chosen dose with 100 ml of water. Per training dilute with water, in other cases you can use another type of drink.
