MyoMax is a complex, anabolic muscle mass and high-intensity physical performance booster. “Anabolic” is the physiological term for metabolic processes in the body that build up something. MyoMax delivers 40 grams of high quality cold-processed whey protein concentrate and cross-flow microfiltered whey protein isolate both rich in protein microfractions. Dietary proteins are the source of nitrogen and indispensable amino acids, which the body requires for tissue growth and maintenance. Therefore MyoMax contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.*

Whey protein from milk is a so-called complete protein, because it provides the body with all necessary amino acids, including the 9 amino acids (i.e. Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan, Valine) that are considered essential for life, because the body cannot synthesize them. Determination of the nutritional efficiency of protein in the diet is in most cases based on estimating the extent to which dietary protein nitrogen is absorbed and retained by the body and is able to balance daily nitrogen losses. Net Protein Utilisation (NPU) is the percentage of ingested nitrogen that is retained in the body, and the Biological Value (BV) gives the percentage of absorbed nitrogen that is retained. Biological Value is the product of NPU and digestibility. Whey protein has good digestibility and amino acid composition, thus it’s Biological Value is great compared to other dietary protein sources like meat, fish, eggs or soy.
MyoMax provides 7.5 grams of the most studied and proven Creatine, Creatine Monohydrate. At least a 3 g daily dose of Creatine is scientifically proven to increase performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise like weight training and interval cardio (so a half serving of MyoMax is enough to get this benefit).*

An extra 10,000 milligrams of free amino acids are added to our formula, yielding a total of 50 grams of amino acid sources providing nutrition for your muscles. MyoMax contains a total of more than 12 grams of Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAA’s: Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine), and 12 grams of Glutamine, a very abundant amino acid in the human body.

If that’s not enough, we also added Ribose (that is a component of nucleic acids, nucleotides such as Adenosine TriPhosphate (ATP) and other compounds that are critical to metabolism), Arginine (a Nitric Oxide (NO) precursor), and Taurine.

RECOMMENDATION: Mix one serving with 700 ml liquid. The best time to use MyoMax is right after training or upon awakening, but it can be taken whenever nutrients are needed. Optionally, you can use half servings and still enjoy the benefits of Creatine (a 3 g daily dose is required)! This is not a meal replacement product, use only as a food supplement.
