Chromium is an essential mineral that your body needs in small amounts, but most people -- 40% of women and 60% of men -- aren’t getting enough. Chromium picolinate, the form used in Chromic Fuel®, is one of the most easily absorbed forms of Chromium.

Chromium helps to regulate blood sugar, which controls hunger and cravings. Chromium also helps your body lose fat and preserve muscle. During a 72-day clinical trial, overweight and obese patients who were not on diets were split into three groups and given 400 mcg of Chromium Picolinate, 200 mcg of Chromium Picolinate, or a placebo. Those who took Chromium Picolinate lost an average of 4 pounds of body fat and gained an average of 1.4 pounds of muscle mass. Those who took the placebo experienced no change in body composition.

Chromic Fuel® provides 200 mcg, the clinically effective dose, of Chromium Picolinate to your daily diet.


RECOMMENDATION: take one capsule daily. For best results, use as part of a low-fat diet and exercise program.
