Oat FLOUR
Oat FLOUR is Yamamoto® Nutrition's oatmeal, a source of fibre with no added sugar (it naturally contains sugar), which can be used for preparing breakfast, snacks or delicious desserts.
Oat FLOUR is milled oatmeal from flakes, useful for enhancing the nutritional value of breakfast or for a mid-day snack and for preparing snacks or delicious desserts. Oatmeal can boast a high protein intake and low sugar content. The low glycaemic value of oatmeal makes it an excellent food. Oatmeal contains as many as 5 out of 8 essential amino acids, unlike classic wheat which contains only one and the others which contain none. Essential amino acids are molecules which are indispensable for the correct functioning of the body, but which the body cannot synthesise on its own and which must therefore be taken in with food. Oatmeal contains: Phenylalanine Isoleucine Leucine Lysine Methionine In addition, the high soluble fibre content can be beneficial to the intestine, as it speeds up the transit of food and encourages the proliferation of lactobacilli. In particular, the beta-glucans present in soluble fibre may have beneficial effects on lipid metabolism and carbohydrate metabolism. Micronutrients present in oats are many: phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, selenium for minerals and Vit. B, Vit. E for vitamins. Directions: dissolve 50 g of product in 100 ml of water or other beverage. Can be used in the preparation of sweet snacks and desserts.
