Secondo te non è buono perché il misurino è troppo grande? E grazie al cazzo, è un gainer...non puoi pretendere 500kcal racchiuse in un misurino di 30g come le whey...se poi compri un gainer per assumere anche solo 50g di prodotto lascia perdere e comprati le whey :'D -Christian
