gusto vaniglia davvero spettacolare soprattutto se prese con il latte, inoltre le trovo anche buone come qualità in quanto mi hanno aiutato a mettere massa e soprattutto nel recupero durante la notte, facendomi alzare l'indomani con pochissimi dolori tipici dell'allenamento. La solubilità non è il massimo, pero se si aggiunge prima il liquido, poi le proteine e le si shakera immediatamente non si appiccicano allo shaker ma fanno solo qualche grume, piacevole da far sciogliere in bocca.

Pessime....sia come qualità ke come gusto...a volte pensavo stessi bevendo del terreno!! l' ho regalato alle mie piante...ke riposino in pace adesso ke sono seccate!!!
ma dico io ma i prodotti li provano prima di venderli???
e non costano nemmeno poco....mah deluso da dymatize ora e sempre...
è meglio ke deciano di cambiuare e puntare su target più alti...peccato ke c'è gente ke pur di risparmiare regala soldi ad aziende cm la dimatize ke su 50 prodotti ke fa...solo l' 1% è buono!!

Solubilità pessima, gusto (cioccolato) veramente scadente e troppo "vegetale". Il prezzo è comunque buono ma non mi pronunicio sulla loro efficacia.
