BCAA's

Contains 9.5g of BCAAs per serving, of which 4.4g are from leucine. The three BCAAs are leucine, isoleucine and valine. These amino acids are essential as they cannot be synthesised by the human body.

Carbohydrate

Creatine Monohydrate
