GLUTA PEPTIDE + is the most advanced form of glutamine, characterized by greater stability.
Composed of two glutamine dipeptides (L-Alanyl L-Glutamine and Glycyl L-Glutamine) obtained from gluten hydrolysis, it is characterized by better stability in water and at high temperatures.
