Her Multi + is a broad spectrum multivitamin / mineral with the addition of plant extracts, a formula designed to integrate the diet of all women, including sports, at any stage of life.
In particular vitamins and minerals (C, B2, B6, iron) contribute to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; in addition, magnesium contributes to physiological muscle function.
Folic acid intervenes favorably on the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, while zinc supports normal fertility and reproduction.
Finally, Angelica extract counteracts menstrual cycle and menopause disorders.


+ DIRECTIONS: take 2 capsules in the morning with a glass of water.
