AMBROSIAE PORRIDGE BIO NOCCIOLE MANDORLE ATTIVATE
Activated organic hazelnut almond porridge based on sprouted seeds
This porridge is made from gluten-free oat flakes, sprouted grains, sprouted seeds and lots of Italian-only hazelnuts and almonds. In the sprouting process, the seed begins its growth path to become a plant: it is precisely at this moment that we can obtain the maximum nutritional benefits of the seed in the most concentrated form.
We germinate the seeds and cereals and dry them at low temperatures to interrupt the sprouting process and imprison all the nutrients they possess inside them.
DIRECTIONS:
- Put 4 heaping tablespoons of porridge (about 50g) in your cup along with 90ml of boiling water or milk (you can change the amount of water or milk depending on the desired consistency)
- Stir, let the porridge stand for about 1 minute and breakfast is ready.
OVERNIGHT PORRIDGE
- To enjoy RAW porridge, pour 50 g of porridge and 100 ml of cold milk into your cup, then let the mixture rest in the fridge overnight or at least a couple of hours.
- The next morning your overnight porridge will be ready to be enjoyed: you can leave it natural or add fresh and / or dried fruit to taste!
