L-Lysine is a food supplement based on L-lysine hydrochloride, an essential amino acid that we must incorporate into our body through the diet or through food supplements.

L-Lysine is a complex amino acid that our body can only produce in insufficient quantities. It can be found in protein-rich foods such as dairy, meat, or eggs.

DIRECTIONS: consume 1 capsule 3 times a day, with plenty of liquid, between meals.
