Protein Pizza is a powder -rich food preparation for the preparation of the pizza dough.

DIRECTIONS: Knead 1 portion (50 g = 3 filled spoons) of product with 40 ml of warm water, then let the dough rest in a hot place, covering for 45-60 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven for 6-8 minutes, then flavor at will and heat it for another 5 -8 minutes.
Cooking temperature: 230 ° C with low-high cooking (or gas oven), 200 ° C with air mixing.
