Our native whey isolate is produced directly from fresh milk after a pasteurization and micro- and ultrafiltration treatment carried out exclusively at low temperature in a special drying chamber. Thanks to this unique procedure the structure of proteins is preserved in its integral form and preserves the richness in immunoglobulins (antibodies) and lactoferrins (other molecules involved in the immune defenses). Furthermore, the raw material is free of chemicals or pollutants.
