The Body Attack Beta Alanine provides the body with amino acids which are synthesised in various body tissues, especially in muscles, to form the natural buffer substance, carnosine. Carnosine is responsible for a stable pH in the muscles under physical training. This is because the muscles can become acidic during workout, decreasing the pH and causing a burning sensation in the muscles. Should the muscles stay strong, they must have an optimum pH.

  • With Body Attack Nitro Amino SHOCK, a workout booster with creatine, to increase the physical performance in plyometrics.
  • With Body Attack Taurine 2000, a sulphur-containing amino acid that occurs in the muscles and regulates the cell volume.
