Supravit - Magnesio Cloruro is a magnesium-based food supplement which contributes to electrolyte balance, useful in all cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for this nutrient.

Magnesium represents, after potassium, the second cation in order of presence (and importance) at the intracellular level. The action of magnesium is very important in the metabolic functions regulated by potassium, in which it participates as a "mediator", but it also has direct control over about three hundred enzymes.

In the correct combination with the other physiological electrophiles, it is essential for the biological balance of the human body and its deficiency can be the cause of numerous disorders (from muscle pain to respiratory disorders up to presumably chronic fatigue).

It also seems to be implicated, together with potassium, in slowing down cellular aging processes.

Magnesium chloride in crystallized form is registered in the Official Pharmacopoeia and is a colorless salt highly soluble in water and very sensitive to humidity. It is mainly extracted from sea water, to which it gives the characteristic bitter taste.

 

RECOMMENDATION: Take 1 sachet a day to dissolve in water.
