MAMMA MIA NON VIVO PIU SENZA QUESTO GAINER è MERAVIGLIOSOOOOOOOO io me alleno 3 volte alla settimana sono magra e ho il metabolismo veloce e quindi ho deciso di provare questo gainer della cytosport per aumentare un pochino il peso e anche un pochino di volume ... leggermente ovvio, e non pensavo che fosse cosi buono, allora spiego perche.... prima non è pesante ao contrario è molto solubile e il gusto di vaniglia è buono e lascia un gustino dolce alla bocca per ore e quindi ti aiuta molto se per caso vai di fretta e hai bisogno di qualcosa per stare bene, io lo mescolo con aqcua e lo prendo ao matino e anche ao pomeriggio lo ADOROOOOOOO NON LO MOLLO PIU! per me è il NUMERO 1 ! obs: scusatemi qualche errore è perche sono brasiliana. ciao laura

se proprio gli si vuol trovare un difetto...il gusto da me scelto ha quei pezzetti di cioccolato(o biscotto) che rimangono nello shaker, nulla di chissà cosa, e un pò difficili da far le dosi perche molto farinoso come prodotto! sciocchezze ad ogni modo.
