Enervit Isotonic Drink is an instant granulate for the preparation of a beverage based on carbohydrates and mineral salts to be used in case of heavy sweating as a result of intense muscular and sports activity. Carbohydrate drinks - mineral salts increase the absorption of water during exercise and contribute to the maintenance of resistance during prolonged exercise. The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Performance / resistance
Carbohydrate drinks - mineral salts help maintain resistance performance during prolonged exercise. Thiamine contributes to normal energy metabolism. Niacin contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.

The advice of the enervit team
To prepare a solution of carbohydrates and mineral salts, dissolve two scoops of 30 g in a 500 ml flask. During the activity it is important to drink regularly, one sip every 15-20 minutes.

DIRECTIONS: prepare a portion by dissolving the contents of two scoops (equivalent to about 30 g of product) in a 500 ml flask. During intense exercise it is recommended to take 500 ml of product per hour of activity, drinking regularly (one sip every 15 minutes) and taking into account the intensity of exercise and environmental conditions.

Fondamentale per l'integrazione durante l'attività fisica di resistenza in cui si perdono molti liquidi. Bevanda completa sia dal punto di vista nutrizionale (addirittura vi è anche la vitamina D), sia dal punto di vista elettrolitico. Gusto arancia piacevole, non sa di chimico come altre bevande isotoniche in commercio e soprattutto non stomaca. Assolutamente consigliata per i ciclisti e per i corridori di lunghe distanze (da mettere dentro una soft flask).
