The pasta is rich in protein and fibre and contains little amounts of saturated fatty acids. When compared to traditional pasta, So good! Protein Pasta has 3 times as much protein and 4 times less carbohydrates, with fibre content increased to approx. 20%. So good! Protein Organic Soybean Pasta is made of soybean only, differing completely from popular pastas which are referred to as soybean pastas but have little in common with soya, being usually made of a combination of pea starch, maize starch and mung bean.

To be recognised as organic, food has to meet certain criteria. Every product within these criteria has had no plant protection agents and chemical fertilizers used at least for three years on the respective grounds where grown. All Organic products need to be stored and processed in line with specific requirements.
