  • Iodine: contributes to normal thyroid function.
  • Zinc: for normal skin and hair health.
  • Vitamin C: for the absorption of iron.
  • Vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12 and biotin: for normal energy metabolism.


DIRECTIONS: it is recommended to consume 1-2 glasses a day. Shake well.
