Melatonina IBSA is a food supplement based on melatonin, vitamin B6 with chamomile and lavender with a wild berry flavor.

Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep.

Melatonin contributes:
- to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep;
- to alleviate the effects of the jet leg (0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after the arrival time).

Vitamin B6 contributes:
- to normal energy metabolism;
- the normal function of the immune system;
- to the normal functioning of the nervous system;
- to normal psychological function.

Chamomile:
- promotes relaxation and sleep;
- promotes mental well-being;
- promotes digestive function and regular gastrointestinal motility and elimination of gases;
- contributes to the regularity of the sweating process;
- contributes to the functionality of the mucous membranes of the respiratory system.

Lavender promotes:
- relaxation and sleep, in case of stress;
- normal mood;
- digestive function and regular gastrointestinal motility and gas elimination.
 
DIRECTIONS: It is available in the form of orodispersible films, a very simple and practical form of taking the supplement:
- it must not be taken with water,
- it dissolves in a few seconds once placed on the tongue.

It can be taken at any time and in any condition, even by people with difficulty swallowing, bedridden or in particularly fragile conditions.

It is recommended to take 1 orodispersible film per day 30 minutes before falling asleep unless otherwise instructed by your doctor.
