Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) Belonging to the Zingiberaceae family is a perennial herb. It is widely distributed in East Asia. Ginger, also called Ginger, is a useful support to the digestive function, to regulate gastro-intestinal motility and the elimination of gas. Ginger also promotes joint function and contrasts localized states of tension. In women it can be used to counter the disorders due to the menstrual cycle. It is an excellent antinausea.
