Special powder formulation, in convenient single-dose bags, designed to support the muscle recovery phase following intense training. Cyclodextrins guarantee a prolonged release of energy without causing spikes in blood sugar and a massive insulin response. The high molecular weight of Cluster Dextrin® allows a faster gastric emptying and therefore a faster passage in the intestinal lumen, making carbohydrates readily available. With the addition of 2.75 g of hydroxymethyl butyrate, a substance that comes from the metabolism of Leucine and that has anticatabolic properties and promotes regenerative muscle processes.


- 4Carbo Matrix: Glucose, Isomaltulose, Cluster Dextrin®, with a Gluten Free® cereal mixture
- Cluster Dextrin: highly branched cyclic dextrins with high solubility
- 3 g of L-Glutamine per portion
- With 2.75 g of HMB (hydroxy methyl butyrate)
- 2.5 g ACAPure BCAA and a pool of essential and non-essential amino acids
- With a mixture of plant extracts and concentrates with an antioxidant action
- With the addition of Vitamin C

DIRECTION: 40 g (one bag) in 250-500ml of water to be taken once a day after training.
