They can also help improve performance by supporting a glycogen sparing effect during exercise. This, while also supporting the reduction of central nervous system fatigue during intense exercise.
  3. Glutamine Complex: Glutamine Complex (L-Glutamine): Glutamine helps replenish plasma glutamine levels during intense workouts – and in doing so, it helps support performance and recovery. With its cell volumization properties, glutamine also conveniently supports muscle growth.
