Amino Bar is suitable for endurance sports that require a high energy consumption, it is very digestible, it has no coating so it can also be used in the hottest periods of the year.
Amino Bar is ideal to be taken during a competition or long-term training, when the energy reserves must be restored quickly, bringing a good level of sugars, immediately available.
Although they are energy bars, they have a complete and balanced nutritional profile with a good protein component derived from milk, fibers with very little fat.

Amino Bar is enriched with 3 g of branched chain amino acids BCAA (Isoleucine, Leucine, Valine) in a 2: 1: 1 ratio. The addition of BCAA allows a reduction of muscle catabolism during sports activity. The integration with branched chain amino acids provides an additional energy source which determines a positive effect on performance.

Directions: a bar is recommended 50 minutes before training / competition. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
