I'm Pro Post Workout is a food supplement with powdered sweeteners to be reconstituted.

The mTOR factor blend contains L-leucine, L-glutamine, HMB and HICA.

Contains a slow-absorbing carbohydrate complex associated with essential amino acids.

Magnesium contributes to normal protein synthesis and together with potassium to normal muscle function.

Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
 
DIRECTIONS: Dissolve 30 g (equal to 2 level scoops) in 300 ml of water, stirring well, and take once a day, preferably in the evening before bed.
