Especially for sports people we have designed our high dosage mineral 4 stack with vitamin D3. With the daily dose of 3 capsules you get 300% NRV of magnesium, selenium, zinc and D3 plus 150% NRV of calcium.
Besides other important effects calcium contributes to normal muscle function and is needed for the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D3 has the function of a prohormone and plays an important role for the calcium level in the blood and bone formation.
Magnesium among other things contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function and to normal protein synthesis. Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and the normal function of the immune system. Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis, normal carbohydrate metabolism as well as the maintenance of normal bones.
All these aspects are particularly important for all people with an active lifestyle.

RECOMMENDATION: 1 to 3 capsules per day with a glas of water. Do not exeed recommended daily consumption.
