The blend of medium and long term delivered carbohydrates with caffeine stimulates you and provides the energy for your workout.
Moreover it contains beta-alanine, AKG + l-ornithine, taurine, BCAA, glutamine, l-carnitine and citruline-malate. You literally can feel the power in your muscles.

Perfect Kick-Off

In Starter Stack we have combined all really relevant ingredients which help you to train harder and longer. Target aspects are stimulation, energy supply, increased blood flow and buffering lactic acid.
We have combined fast and medium acting carbohydrates to secure high energy levels. 210 mg of caffeine stimulate the metabolism and you really feel it. Arginine-Keto-Glutarate (AKG) and Ornithine provide nitrogen monoxide (NO) which has the effect of so called Vasodilatation (expansion of the vessels).
The result is more and faster blood flow to the muscles. Citrullin-Malate supports the NO-building effect and in addition cleans the system from NH3. Beta-Alanine leads to higher Carnosine level in the muscle. Carnosine buffers lactic acids which is the main barrier for continuing high intense performance.
L-Carnitine transports the fatty acids into the cell and mitochondria. Taurin can protect your tissue from oxidative stress which occurs normally during workout. To complete Starter Stack we have added BCAA and L-Glutamine, amino acids which can have protective effect on your muscles.


RECOMMENDATION: stir 1 portion = 35 g in 300 ml water. Drink 15 minutes before workout.
