Enervit Protein Biscuits 40-30-30 contain oleic acid (8.1% Soya Oats, 7.4% Go Dark), an unsaturated fat. The substitution of saturated fats with unsaturated fats contributes to maintaining normal levels of cholesterol in the blood. The high protein and fibre content of these biscuits makes them particularly suitable for breakfast or as a snack in the Zone diet strategy.
