Soy proteins are the purest source of plant-based proteins and have a very high biological value (biological value means the "proximity" of the protein assumed to be synthesized, the human one in this case).
It is a protein supplement of completely vegetable origin (therefore compatible, also, with vegan diets), and the isolation process with which they were obtained makes them very bioavailable, as they are not denatured.
Soybean seeds contain isoflavones which, as various studies show, have antioxidant, anticarcinogenic, vasoprotective and anti-osteoporotic effects. Furthermore, soy isoflavonoids can soothe "hot flashes" of menopausal women.

Take in cases of insufficient intake or increased need for protein and vitamins contained in the product.
Proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and the maintenance of normal bones.

DIRECTIONS: dissolve 3 scoops of product (corresponding to 30g) in 250ml of water or low fat milk.

The Company + Watt srl was founded in 1997. The creation of the company is determined by the need to propose, in the sports field, a series of products able to help and stimulate the athlete to achieve a satisfactory performance without conceding anything to the case or refer to deceptive, meaningless promises made solely for commercial purposes.

The starting axiom had been simple and direct: telling the user + Watt what dosages, advantages, but above all the limits inherent in the product purchased. In one word say the "truth".

The "truth" must obviously deal with two important aspects for a company: the commercial aspect and the scientific aspect.

The commercial aspect cannot be commented on by us, it would be too presumptuous, but it is worth remembering that over the years + Watt srl has considerably expanded with its strength. Selling something for the first time is relatively easy, but the continuity over time is given by the possibility that the product is appreciated and creates customer loyalty that for no reason should be "betrayed".

The scientific aspect has been the workhorse of society, it flows in its veins and derives from the passion and professional training of the two founding members. Marco Favaron and Guido Vantini have arrived at food integration from pharmaceutical research: both graduates, important experiences in prestigious research institutes in Milan, the United States, Switzerland and then in leading pharmaceutical companies. Moreover, each one for his part, has actively practiced and loved the sport. It was these ideal and unrepeatable conditions to create the company.

Every product is born with excellent raw materials, it must be based on a solid scientific base that must be explained in a simple and truthful way, and, above all, the product must meet, understand and interpret the demands and needs of the athletes. And this can only be done by those who have done and are part of that world, of sport and science and not just "hearsay".

Over the years, Marco and Guido have tried to convey a message that we believe to be fundamental and important for society: those who buy a + Watt product not only buy a supplement, but above all the awareness of being able to improve their athletic limits.
