Yamamoto® Nutrition Egg-N-OATS is a dietary supplement made from oatmeal, which naturally contains carbohydrates, and proteins from egg white, suitable for athletes undertaknig intense physical activity.
Proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Egg-N-OATS is a very high protein content product. 16 grams of egg white protein per dose.
The product is finished with a slow-digesting carbohydrate, oatmeal. A complete standalone product in every way, best for breakfast.


The product is enriched with vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal metabolism of protein and glycogen, and with the vitamins B1 and B2 that contribute to normal energy metabolism.


Egg white is one of the most popular and complete protein supplements, used by bodybuilders to great success.
The proteins in Ultra Egg PROTEIN are the First Class proteins. With a BV (biological value) of 100 and a PER (Protein Efficiency Ratio) greater than 3. The best you can look for in a protein supplement.
The use of oats completes this product in every way. Oats are a source of carbohydrates rich in slow digestion fibres, and can thus provide long-term energy without causing insulin peaks


Recommendation: add 3 scoops (50 g) in 200-350 ml of water, juice or skimmed milk and take once a day preferably during breakfast.
