Based on l-citrulline, l-arginine, l-glutathione, glycerol, hericium extract, citicoline, caffeine and taurine One of the flagship products of the line thanks to its exclusive formula characterized by the presence of high quality ingredients Recumid® DIRECTIONS Flexotor®: add 2.5 scoops (15 g) to 200 ml of water and take once a day, preferably before physical activity. Contains caffeine (200 mg / daily dose), not recommended for children and during pregnancy and breastfeeding. DIRECTIONS Energan® : add 3 scoops (41.5 g) in 500 ml of water or other beverage of your choice and take once a day, in the 4 hours following physical activity and within 6 hours of the activity itself . The product can also be taken before or during physical activity.
DIRECTIONS Recumid®: dissolve 2 scoops (50 g) in 500 ml of water and take once a day, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after intense and prolonged exercise. The product can also be taken before or during physical activity.
