TRAIN & RECOVER+ is the new 4PLUSNUTRITION product, formulated to meet the needs of intense and lasting training, in particular in the world of endurance.
To achieve the intended result, 4PLUSNUTRITION has created CARBO MATRIX, a compound of Ribose and Nucleotides capable of increasing the athletic performance. Ribose, in particular, increases the production of energy in the form of ATP. Consequently, it improves the heart health, muscle recovery, mental alertness and fights muscle stiffness and chronic fatigue. In addition, Nucleotides promote tissue repair preserving the immune system functionality.

HBCDs represent the evolution of cyclodextrins in sport. They have a highly branched structure (Cluster Dextrin) with long side chains. They take on a cyclic structure, capable of incorporating various substances. So, a molecule with high molecular weight, very low osmolarity as well as very fast gastric discharge is obtained. Cyclodextrins contribute to the recovery of the normal muscle function after intense and/or prolonged physical exercise that involves fatigue and the exhaustion of the reserves of glycogen.

The branched amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine complete the formulation of TRAIN & RECOVER+, as they are capable of increasing the protein synthesis and repair the damage to muscle tissue caused by training. The 8:1:1 ratio shows that the presence of Leucine is 8 times more than Isoleucine and Valine. This because the activator of the protein synthesis and anti-catabolic properties are attributed to Leucine. So, the desired effects of increased protein synthesis, decreased catabolism and improved muscle recovery are obtained.
