BODY ATTACK LOW CARB PROTEIN PIZZA
Blend for the preparation of a pizza base with reduced carbohydrate content (30% less than the average of the pizza mixes in commericio), high protein content and low sugar content.
DIRECTIONS: add to the mixture 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 150 ml of warm water, kneading with hands or whips until obtaining a smooth mass, then cover with a kitchen towel and leave for about 25 minutes in a warm place. Meanwhile preheat the oven; after 25 minutes, spread the dough (about 225 g) on a baking sheet or in a baking tin covered with baking paper, season at will and cook for 25-30 minutes at 200 ° C (180 ° if the oven is ventilated).
